Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the ZK22 online betting and casino platform, accessible at zk22.cam ("the Platform", "ZK22", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you ("the User", "you") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand their content and agree to be legally bound by them.

ZK22 is an English-language online betting and casino platform designed for players including those based in Pakistan. The Platform covers sports betting (including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football and UFC), live casino, slots, table games, esports and instant games.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and ZK22.

Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

Account Eligibility

To register and use an Account on the ZK22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated system.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or where access to the Platform by you would be unlawful.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent or consultant of ZK22 or any associated entity, or a close family member of such a person, where participation would constitute a conflict of interest under applicable policy.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, ZK22 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings held within them.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ZK22 will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

4.4 Account Verification

ZK22 reserves the right to verify the identity, age and payment details of any User at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or where unusual account activity is detected. Verification requirements are governed by applicable KYC and AML obligations.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits into your ZK22 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are defined by operator policy and may vary by payment method.
• Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion, where applicable, is governed by operator exchange rate policy.
• Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency — are mentioned as contextual references only. Their availability is determined entirely by operator configuration at the time of deposit. ZK22 does not claim endorsement, partnership or support for gambling by any named payment provider.
• ZK22 reserves the right to reject a deposit or reverse a credited amount if the payment is identified as fraudulent, unauthorised or in breach of AML procedures.
• Deposits are not subject to interest.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once your Account has satisfied all applicable KYC verification requirements and any active wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds have been met. Withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding pending bonus wagering obligations) are generally permitted at any time, subject to the conditions in this section.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, your account verification status and the operator's compliance review workload. ZK22 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes. E-wallet and instant payment methods are generally faster than standard bank transfers, but no withdrawal is guaranteed to be processed within a specific period.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are set by operator policy. These limits may differ by payment method. Requests below the minimum or above the maximum threshold may be rejected or queued.

6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability. ZK22 may request additional verification before approving a withdrawal to an alternative payment method.

6.5 Compliance Holds

ZK22 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where a compliance review, AML check or account verification is pending. Users will be notified of the reason for any hold and provided with guidance on how to resolve it.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions and special offers available on the ZK22 Platform are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus is available to one Account per User, per household, per device and per IP address, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to a designated bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering activity that satisfies the applicable wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• Different game types may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements (for example, certain table games may contribute less than slots). Contribution rates will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• ZK22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time where it suspects abuse, technical error or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus amounts shown in PKR (for example, PKR 5,000 or PKR 25,000) are illustrative unless confirmed as live offers in a current active promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

ZK22 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where the Platform suspects an error in odds, where a market has been suspended or where system anomalies are detected. A bet is not confirmed until a booking reference or confirmed bet slip is issued.

8.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. In-play odds reflect real-time market conditions and may change rapidly. ZK22 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market for any event.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds displayed due to technical error, fraudulent activity, or where the result of an event has been materially affected by corruption. Voided bets are returned to the User's Account balance.

8.4 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games — including slots, RNG table games and instant games — are subject to the published Return to Player (RTP) rates and game rules provided within the game interface. ZK22 does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.

8.5 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from third-party studio providers. By participating in live dealer games, you accept the rules of that game as implemented by the relevant studio. Technical disconnections do not automatically entitle a User to a refund or replay.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZK22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing inefficiencies to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, market manipulation or the use of insider information in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to access another User's account without authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies or other exploitative tactics.
• Engaging in behaviour — including communications with support staff — that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ZK22 Platform — including but not limited to the ZK22 name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, data compilations, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sublicense, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ZK22.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZK22, its Operator, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from use of the Platform.
• Technical disruptions, outages, latency issues or data transmission failures affecting the Platform.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios or data feed suppliers.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics or market data.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

Responsible Gambling Obligations

ZK22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.
• You will only gamble with funds that you can afford to lose without financial hardship.
• You will not chase losses by increasing your stakes in an attempt to recover previous losses.
• You will make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
• You are 18 years of age or older (or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction) and gambling is not illegal in your jurisdiction.

Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ZK22 support. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be considered — any unmet bonus obligations at the time of closure will typically result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus balance.

13.2 Termination by ZK22

ZK22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• ZK22 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement or court order.
• The User's Account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continuation of the Account would expose ZK22 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of applicable bonus balances and any withholdings required by law) will be processed for return to the User subject to completion of any outstanding compliance review. Balances associated with bonus abuse, fraud or AML concerns may be withheld pending investigation.

Amendments to These Terms

ZK22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice to Users through the Platform or by email to the registered address on file. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.1. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the ZK22 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gambling license. The specific jurisdiction is disclosed in the Operator's licensing documentation.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection or data protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
